PTN-BH (Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Berbadan Hukum) refers to Indonesian state universities that have been granted legal entity status which allows them greater autonomy in management, finance, and decision-making within their respective universities. PTN-BH are given less government subsidies and therefore are encouraged to find other sources of funding. Examples include but not limited to Universitas Hasanuddin, Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Gajahmada, dan Institut Teknologi Bandung
